When the client arrives, I walk around the exterior and through the interior with the client explaining what I have inspected and answering any questions. Once the client’s questions are answered and payment for the inspection has been collected, I return to my office and prepare the report. The report is then e-mailed to the client, and to the client’s Realtor.
I stand on the quality of my inspection and am always available to answer additional questions. Sample inspection reports are available upon request.
